A small bedroom is available only 10-15 minutes from MST. The room is fully furnished, with a king single bed, wardrobe and small desk space. The home is currently pet free, however occasionally fosters kittens from the RSPCA. The other tenant currently attends Syndal Baptist Church and is happy to meet with anyone interested.

A self-contained unit is available just around the corner from MST!

Located on a quiet street in a housing estate, this cosy accommodation is only two kilometres from MST.

The walls have been freshly painted, there is new carpet, and new appliances (gas cook top, electric oven, fridge, and washing machine) are all included.

Applicants may be male or female but please note that pets and smoking are not permitted.

You need your own wifi and phone. There’s plenty of room for parking and visitors are always welcome. We have a strictly no alcohol or drug policy but we have two gorgeous Retrievers to relax with.

Position: Assistant Pastor

Church on the Corner (COTC) is church plant initiative of the Chinese Methodist Church in Camberwell. Based in the heart of the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, they are seeking to grow the congregation and establish a fruitful outreach among the local community.

The Assistant English Pastor will provide leadership to the growing congregation (primarily young adults and families) and will also share responsibility with preaching, outreach and the other areas of ministry. Church: City on a Hill
Position: Youth and Children’s Worker
Loading: 15 hours per week

City Kids is the children’s ministry of City on a Hill Melbourne East that runs parallel to the Sunday service. Jesus himself declared that children should be brought to him, and therefore City Kids exists to point our little ones to King Jesus, that they might trust in him, and grow up to know Jesus and make Jesus known.

The City Kids Coordinator will, under the oversight of the Lead Pastor, oversee the coordination of the ministry, bringing life, fun and biblical teaching and training to our little ones. This includes overseeing the recruitment and development of volunteers, teaching and curriculum, rosters and administration, and helping parents bring up their children to know and love Jesus.It is expected that leadership of this ministry will involve 15 hours work per week.

The City Kids Coordinator will be involved in select meetings, and meet regularly for oversight from the Lead Pastor. Work times and locations are flexible outside of the Sunday morning program and will be arranged with the Lead Pastor.
