MST is committed not only to academic training but also the spiritual development and nurture of its students. Various avenues for pastoral care are planned for the MST campus, and the college will refer students to local churches and para-church agencies when necessary.

All full time students will have the opportunity to be part of a Support Group at the college. We believe that small groups serve an essential role in students getting to know each other and also for the college to provide pastoral care for students. Each Support Group is facilitated by a faculty member. Meetings may occur over lunch or at other mutually agreed times. Further details of Supports Groups will be available during Orientation.
