Course Coordinator

Gillian Asquith is the Coordinator of the Diploma program. A graduate herself of MST, she is passionate about teaching God’s people to interpret and apply the Bible faithfully. She enjoys using her background in Education, Bible and Theology to assist students who want the biblical and practical training that the Diploma of Christian Studies offers.

“I grew up in Romania and have worked in hospitality, administration and early childhood teaching – so I’m not a ‘natural academic’. But to have the opportunity to study and learn more about the Word of God is both a privilege and an honour. It’s worth the effort!

My husband, Ollie, and I have already travelled the world aboard the OM Ship, Doulos, but God hasn’t let cross-cultural mission off our hearts. Biblical Foundations gives me the opportunity to complete a year of theological study that deepens my understanding of the Bible, firms my foundations in the Lord and prepares me for future mission work.”

About this course

A major benefit of the Diploma of Christian Studies is that it can be completed in one year. It makes the ideal Gap Year before heading off to Uni or the workplace. You can also continue on at MST with credit towards a Bachelor of Ministry, Theology or Christian Studies.
