Web Change Request Form

How This Process Works

1. You – Collect Required Approvals
   Before submitting this form, obtain all required approvals. Every change requires a Content Approver, and some changes also require a Compliance Approver. For a list of all approvers, go here →
2. You – Submit a Request
   Complete this form in full. Incomplete requests may be returned for further information. Describe the changes required and attach any relevant images, copy, documents, or files. For more complex requests, attach a Word or PDF document with detailed instructions and annotated screenshots.
3. We – Triage Your Request
   We assess the request and determine whether it can be completed by the ITSOFT Team. Requests that are too complex for the ITSOFT Team will be referred to the MST+ECA Web Change Team.
4. We – Apply the Changes on Staging
   We implement the approved changes on the staging website and provide a preview link for your review.
5. You – Review and Approve the Changes
   Review the changes on the staging website and confirm they are ready to be published.
6. We – Seek Final Approval
   Once you have approved the changes, we obtain final approval from the MST+ECA Web Change Team Leader.
7. We – Publish the Changes
   After final approval is received, we deploy the changes from the staging website to the live website. Deployments occur after hours every Thursday evening.
