Meet Matthew
Matthew Jacoby is lecturer in Christian Thought and Preaching at MST. He has a passion for exploring the philosophical foundations of Christian thought and challenging the mindsets that work against the Christian faith. Matthew is also passionate about the arts: visual art, literature and film. As a musician he is the lead member of the Psalms-project band, Sons of Korah. Matthew’s units at MST include Introduction to Philosophy, Christian Apologetics, Christian Worldview, Christian Ethics, Faith and the Arts and Introductory Preaching. In addition to his role at MST Matthew is the senior pastor of OneHope Baptist Church in Geelong. Matthew lives in Geelong with his wife Kate and his three teenage children, Sophia, Jeremiah and Ivy.
