What is Auditing

Whether you’re looking to enrich your spiritual journey or explore a topic of interest, auditing offers a meaningful way to engage in in-depth Christian studies without the requirement to complete assessments.
Engage with the teachings of Scripture, participate in class discussions, and grow in understanding within a supportive learning community without the pressure of essays or exams.
What you need to know

Auditing does not include assessments, essays, or exams.

Audited units are undertaken on a non-award, non-credit basis.

Some units are available in online mode.

Online units may offer greater flexibility in pacing.

On-campus units follow scheduled class times.

Learning takes place within a supportive academic community.
The audit fee is now $350 per unit (previously $450).
The $150 administration fee has been permanently waived for auditing students.
This audit fee does not apply to PC082 and PC083
(Thrive units), which are subject to different pricing arrangements.
How to apply
Contact our Student Services team today by emailing applications@mst.edu.au or phoning 03 9881 7800. The team is ready to discuss your options and answer further questions.
Once you have decided to apply, please complete the Audit Application Form.
After your application has been received, the College will be in contact regarding next steps for your application including:
- A certified copy of an identifying document. For information on what this might be and how to have a document certified see: www.justice.vic.gov.au/certifiedcopies
- A pastoral reference. Please provide details in your application and the College will contact your referee directly.
Previous MST/BCV/MBI graduates may not be required to provide all of these – please enquire to the College.

If you are a current student wishing to audit a class all you will need to do is fill in the Audit Enrolment Form and email it to enrolments@mst.edu.au
