Dr Allan Demond

Doctor of Ministry Program Coordinator, Lecturer in Spiritual and Pastoral Theology

Ribbon
Allan Demond is a pastor-theologian who loves to help people and communities follow Jesus with wisdom, courage, and joy. After more than four decades in local church leadership in Canada (Highfield Baptist) and Australia (NewHope Baptist), he now focuses on coming alongside emerging and experienced leaders as an educator, mentor, and encourager. His own journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to preaching, spiritual growth, and generous orthodox faith, and he delights in seeing others discover fresh imagination for ministry and mission in a changing world. Beyond the classroom, Allan enjoys coaching leaders, fostering collaboration among churches, and investing in healthy governance for Christian organisations. He is married to Janet, is grateful for their three adult children and their growing extended family. He continues to seek “rhythms of grace” that sustain a lifelong walk with Christ.
