Rev Dr Tawk Kap

Born in Myanmar, Tawk has studied the Bible in several countries, obtaining numerous degrees in Theology and International Development. Tawk’s missionary work has taken him to India, Myanmar and Australia. In India, Tawk served as a missionary pastor for refugees and asylum seekers. In Myanmar, Tawk founded the Reformed Community Churches among the Buddhists. For over ten years, Tawk served as a Principal and lecturer of Christian Theological College and other Theological Colleges in Yangon including Bethany Theological Seminary. In Australia, he has founded a few churches in Victoria and served as the Executive Director of the Chin Christian Conference of Australia. Presently, Tawk is serving as a Lead pastor of Grace Community Church in Nunawading with a conviction to preach the Gospel of Christ. Tawk and his wife, Nyo Mi Aung have been blessed with three wonderful children of Daniel, Lydia and Paul and live in Melbourne.
