Next Generation Bicultural Program
Supporting the Flourishing of Next-Generation
Bicultural Faith Communities
The Next Generation Bicultural Program equips leaders to serve faithfully at the intersection of gospel, culture, and community. Many next-generation believers carry both the gift and tension of living between worlds. This program forms leaders who can engage their cultural context with theological depth, spiritual maturity, and a clear vision for ministry that helps their communities flourish.
Through rigorous theological formation, intentional mentorship, and a community of shared calling, you will be equipped to lead with wisdom and conviction. If you long to see enduring faith in your generation and beyond, this program exists to help you steward that calling for the good of the church and the renewal of your community.
The Next Generation Bicultural Program was established to seek the flourishing of the next generation in migrant faith communities.
Academic Formation
The Next Generation Bicultural Program provides AUT-accredited units through Melbourne School of Theology, available for credit or audit. Students can complete the Graduate Certificate of Divinity at the completion of 4 units with a focus on the bicultural and multigenerational context.
Training and Community Formation
We offer professional development opportunities designed to equip you to grow and flourish in bicultural and multigenerational settings. Workshops and lectures create space to learn from experienced leaders while building meaningful connections with like-minded peers and communities.
Mentoring and Ministry Formation
Experienced practitioners walk alongside students to provide guidance, encouragement, and practical mentoring. This relational support helps develop confidence, wisdom, and leadership capacity for effective service in bicultural and multigenerational environments.
