__________
A 5-day in-person intensive that will allow participants to establish a solid framework for mission in God’s world.
Day 1 will set the screen by framing mission through Scripture, answering the big question, “What does Scripture tell us about God’s mission?”
Day 2 will frame mission by looking back at what was, examining the successes and failures of the past.
Day 3 and Day 4 will frame mission by identifying what is, as we recognise and asses the shift in mission paradigms and the impact at the global and local level.
Day 5 will find us framing mission through what could be, as we distinguish the global trends of our increasing borderless reality, and the gift of mutuality within the worldwide Body of Christ.
Assessment presentations, cultural lunches, mission stories and a potential class excursion to hear from expert practitioner voices will be woven throughout the week.
