Do you sense God calling you into leadership, but you feel the need to be better equipped?
Are you already serving in a leadership role, and need to grow in your skills in management and team building?
Do you find it challenging dealing with people, and leading others through change, or conflict?
In this leadership and management Unit, you will:
– Gain a greater understanding of biblical and spiritual theology of leadership
– Be motivated and challenged to apply spiritual principles as well as skills, to your own leadership ministry
– Become more skilled, empowered and capable of nurturing others in their call to leadership
– Gain new skills in the “art” of strategic leadership and management
– Develop life-long habits that will enable you to lead more effectively in the context of your calling

Auditing offers an opportunity for those who wish to engage in quality Christian Studies without the pressure of formal assessment.
Participants can engage deeply with the Bible, take part in class discussions, and grow in their faith—all without the requirement to write essays or sit exams.
The one-time $150 administration fee has been permanently waived for auditing students.
The $350 audit fee structure does not apply to PC082 and PC083 (THRIVE units), which are subject to different pricing arrangements.
