Are you already serving in a leadership role, and need to grow in your skills in management? Team building?
Do you find it challenging dealing with people, and leading others through change, or conflict?
In this leadership and management Unit, you will:
- Gain a greater understanding of the biblical and spiritual theology of leadership
- Be motivated and challenged to apply spiritual principles as well as skills, to your own leadership ministry
- Become more skilled, empowered and capable of nurturing others in their call to leadership
- Gain new skills in the “art” of strategic leadership and management
- Develop life-long habits that will enable you to lead more effectively in the context of your calling
- No prior learning is required

Auditing is a great opportunity for those who have some time on their hands and would like to dip their toes into quality Christian Studies without the pressure of assessments.
